Bite is a food media collective run by undergraduates at the University of Chicago. Ally was involved with Bite for three years of college as a writer, joining the board in 2023 as Creative Director and finishing her last year as Editor-In-Chief. There she led design and layout (pages 14-15), planned partnerships with restaurants (page 22), managed internal logistics, and oversaw the final edits for the bi-yearly magazine. The Bookstores are made up of two independent bookstores in Hyde Park, Chicago: The Seminary Co-op and 57th Street Books. In 2024, Ally served as a member of their marketing team, building their social media presence and completing the weekly newsletter. CPM is a nonprofit media organization that joins together WBEZ Chicago and the Chicago Sun Times. Ally worked as a Development and Operations Intern for six months in 2024. Tasked primarily with prospect research, her work contributed to that year's gala, Chicago Together '24. Through this, she also gained experience in large-scale event planning and execution.

Bad Butter is Chicago's premier bakery, founded by Chef Daniel Koester. After graduating college, Ally assisted the team in the production and finishing of pastries, and helped maintain overall kitchen functioning.
